  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including due to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payment Policy

We accept the following payment methods (subject to availability):

  • Bank transfers

  • Cash (where applicable)

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
For bank transfers, funds must be cleared and visible in our account before goods are released or dispatched.

Clickers does not store card payment details. All card payments are processed securely through trusted payment service providers.

Shipping Policy

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer upon delivery to the provided address or collection point.

Clickers is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or incorrect delivery details provided by the Customer.

Export Customers – Special Terms

For customers exporting goods outside the country, the following conditions apply:

  • The minimum export spend is $80.

  • To qualify for VAT exemption, goods must be collected by a reputable and recognised shipping agent.

  • The shipper must provide:

    • A Collection Note, and

    • A Bill of Lading (air freight) or Shipment Certificate (sea freight).

  • Accepted payment methods: cash, bank transfer, and debit cards only.

  • Bank transfer payments must be fully cleared before goods are released.

  • Goods must be collected by the shipper within two (2) weeks of purchase.

  • Full payment must be received before goods are released to the freight agent.

Returns & Refunds Policy

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Returns Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • Certain items (e.g., perishable goods, hygiene items, or sealed products once opened) may be non-returnable unless faulty

Refunds:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us promptly.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for faulty goods.
